Safeguarding

Safeguarding is Everyone’s Responsibility

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr Andy Wright (Head of School).

Our Deputy Safeguarding Leads are Mrs Sarah Vail (Head of School – Fridays),

Mrs Nicky Bray and Mrs Kelly McCall.

Our named Safeguarding Academy Committee Representative is Mrs Sarah Baines.

Our safeguarding and child protection policy is below. Please note that it is compliant with ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education September 2023’ which is the DFE guidance. It also takes account of the ‘Prevent’ duty June 2015, which seeks to tackle anti- extremism.

If you have any concerns about safeguarding please speak to a member of staff, who will help you. Don’t delay if you have a concern. Share it with one of us.
